Next U – The digital company of the year recruits without a CV in the mobile phone
Next U challenged the norm with their recruitment system "Higher". A mobile tool developed to bypass CVs and other documents. Today, they have over 100 clients and recently won the award for "Digital Company of the Year 2021" at the Recruitment Awards.
For founder and CEO Stefan Lidén, this is confirmation that they are onto something disruptive. "Change takes time. CVs have been the norm since the beginning of time. My insight is that more and more people are realizing that what matters is finding the right expertise. How I do it is unimportant," says founder and CEO Stefan Lidén.
