Recruitment tool Higher has experienced a growth of 200 percent, during a year marked by layoffs.

"We are in a strong position," says founder Stefan Lidén, whose service primarily focuses on the industrial and service sectors.

Now, the company is raising fresh capital to develop an AI service.
