Thomas talks about his favorite features of Higher that save them tons of time in their recruitment processes.

Before Higher, they always required a CV and cover letter in the application process, but Ohlsson's main professional group is not that CV-inclined. "You can be a fantastically good driver, but maybe not that administratively inclined.".
A few things Thomas wants to highlight:
- The elimination questions - those who are not qualified are nicely dismissed
- The video questions - The candidate gets the opportunity to show who they are, which can otherwise be difficult in written words
- Time savings - we spend the right amount of time on the right candidates
